Capgemini

In order to realize our growth ambition, we have consciously invested in a program within Capgemini to train a group of young employees in commercial skills.

After 1 year, this appears to be a very successful program: almost the entire team has achieved or even exceeded their individual sales goals, and does their work with great pleasure and greatly increased self-confidence.

The feedback we have received from our customers where these employees visit is also positive: “they have much better conversations than before, they have clearly had good training!”.

That's right: trainer Erik van den Akker (Kenneth Smit) has made an important contribution to the development and success of these young professionals with a varied, tailor-made annual program. He did this in a good combination with the daily contributions of Capgemini (managers + HR), creating an excellently functioning triangle.

We saw that all participants immediately benefited from this practical program. They feel better equipped, have more skills to achieve results, dare more, are more decisive, and act with considerably more self-confidence. Partly because Erik's examples and role plays are directly related to our business, and he is inspired by practical situations that our people experience in their daily practice.
It is nice to see that he receives very high ratings from the participants.

I definitely see our collaboration as a partnership. I base this on the fact that Erik is proactive, continuously thinks along with us, and handles everything prudently.
