It is not easy to transform a family business with a very pyramidal organization into a company with a matrix organization, multiple processes and a vision for a single culture.
“Middle” managers are the key to this transition. We have had to develop the leadership and management attitudes of our European middle management to ensure that they actively contribute to this transition.
For this reason, Erik van den Akker has developed a tailor-made training course “Coaching and Inspirational Leadership” in which all our European middle managers have participated.
This practical training was an “eye-opener” for the team – in terms of leadership practice and how to communicate with their colleagues. This is especially important in a geographically distributed organization like ours.
The average rating for this training from our 24 participants was one 9,3. They especially appreciate Erik's knowledge, patience and enthusiasm to help each individual within the group at their own level.
