Our biggest challenge beforehand was to get our people's sales skills sharper and up to date. A team of trainers led by Erik van den Akker and Jack Jobing has created a practical, multi-year training program tailored to all our sales people. The professionalism and practice-oriented nature of these training courses have ensured that individual salespeople now conduct demonstrably better (customer) conversations. In addition, the team feeling has become stronger and better.

Our results have made a leap since the start of the training. The practical implementation of the training and challenging exercises certainly contributed to this. Kenneth Smit's trainers work well together with our sales managers, who coach our sales people and thus put the skills learned in the training into practice on a daily basis. Real teamwork!

For that reason, we now also have our Delivery Managers trained by Erik and Jack's Kenneth Smit team. At Sogeti, we want to be known for our excellent services and that includes excellent customer conversations. We also see immediate results with these training sessions.
