Standing up for yourself in every situation is not always easy. Do you want to learn to really say what you feel and want? Then this communication training with Kenneth Smit is suitable for you!
Do you prefer to avoid disagreements or confrontations? And do you find it difficult to make your opinion heard? Then this training is for you. Together with your fellow participants you will work to become more assertive, through role-playing and other things. Acting more assertively often has advantages in both your work and private life. It is nice if you can say 'no' with conviction and in a polite manner. We will help you with that!
