Success is for an important part dependent on the degree in which the management recognizes that employees are the company’s most important resource. This success factor is the theme in the eight-day Management and Leadership training course for line and staff managers.


Practical skills in the field of coaching and communication play a large role. The patented methodology MoRe-Coaching© which we use in this training, has been developed by Kenneth Smit.

Module III

  • Sharpening and deepening.
  • Job assessment interviews.
  • MoRe Coaching© (continued).

Module IV

  • Sharpening and deepening.
  • Personality analysis.
  • Assessment interviews.
  • Assessment system.
  • Conclusion.

Practical information
  • 4 x 2 consecutive days.
  • In-company / Open training.
  • Maximum 8, minimum 4 participants.
  • The level of the participants is Intermediate Vocational Education/Higher Vocational Education or higher. The practice-based programme makes this training also extremely valuable for managers who have taken management training courses at other organisations.
