Management and Leadership Follow-up

employees are the most important resource of the company

Middle management is in many cases the ‘pivot of the organisation’. Success is, importantly, part dependent on the degree to which the management recognizes that employees are the most important resource of the company. This success factor is the theme of the four-day Middle Management training course for line and staff managers.

Practical skills in the field of coaching and communication play a large role. The training course explains how to work with various contemporary tools for managers, among others, the MoRe-Coaching© method, developed by Kenneth Smit.
