Kenneth Smit is highly interactive. Theory supports, it does not lead. During interactive sessions, workshops and role plays, participants discover for themselves that another method of working before, during and after the negotiations will lead to better results. We hold a mirror up to their face and practise intensively. Participants also learn a lot from each other. The role plays are, if desired, tailored to your own situation. The result of this method of working is that each participant with many new ideas and a different approach can set to work in their own practice immediately after the training and…. demonstrably be more successful!

By using “state-of-the-art” multimedia equipment and the possibility of an extensive 24-hour support with e-learning, the treatment of the theory during the training sessions is not by leading, but by supporting. The largest part of the available course time is used for role plays and practical training, where participants learn the most.
