Kenneth Smit is highly interactive. Theory supports, it does not lead. During interactive sessions, workshops and role plays, participants discover themselves that another method of working before, during and after the negotiations will lead to better results. We hold a mirror up to their face and practise intensively. Participants also learn a lot from each other. The role plays are, if desired, tailored to your own situation.
