Open Training

For individual participation

The level and the skills of new employees do not always match with those of other employees. It can also occur that you as a manager or executive would like to use the talents of one or more people in a different way. For example, if there is temporary understaffing in one of your departments.

In such situations, the open training courses of Kenneth Smit are a solution. In addition, our open training courses offer a good opportunity for you to become acquainted in an accessible way with the training courses of Kenneth Smit. The open training programme contains the most-demanded sales, management and communication training and takes place throughout the country. An individual approach is put first. That’s why the group size is a maximum of eight participants.

After the training, each participant will be awarded a certificate. This proves that he has successfully completed the training.
