Description
Professional Teambuilding by Kenneth Smit is aimed at helping a team deliver groundbreaking performance. During this 2-day training, the right attitude, communication and creativity form the basis for team success. It's about collaboration, exploring and pushing boundaries. The participants are challenged through varied and difficult assignments, which are aimed at personal, group and professional goals. Group members become aware of their personal qualities and those of the other team members. In addition, the team leader(s) are monitored, confronted and evaluated. Successful teams consist of members with experience, who can act thoughtfully and know how to give and receive feedback constructively.
Topics in 'Professional Team Building'
During this session the following questions will be answered:
- The how and why of declarations of intent and commitment regarding: codes of conduct, safety codes and giving/receiving feedback.
- Who is strong in the team, what is strong and how can you make use of each other's strengths?
- How does communication work within the group and how do you jointly ensure a positive working environment?
- How do you deal with setbacks and/or opposition?
- How can you work more effectively and efficiently?
- How do you build trust with team members and as a team leader?
- How do you organize constructive feedback?
- How do you arrive at your final objective?
Methodology
Kenneth Smit's Professional team building program is characterized by effective group activities and interactions between group members. Theory is supportive and not guiding. Through often difficult but achievable assignments, participants experience that different working methods and collaboration lead to better results. Each group member learns from and with his teammates.
