We ask an investment in time and money. Building up your own business takes time, entrepreneurship and perseverance. We know better than anyone how we can help you, but in the end you have to do it yourself! We also ask for a financial investment, a startfee, a percentage of your turnover and a contribution for advertising and marketing. In return for this investment, you can use our brand, networks, years of experience, training programs, tools and training and coaching for your own personal development.
We gaan natuurlijk voor een lange termijn samenwerking. In eerste instantie ga je een commitment van 5 jaar aan. Tussentijds stoppen kán, maar is niet vrijblijvend. Het heeft tijd nodig om te werken aan je eigen onderneming en ontwikkeling als ondernemer. Ben je succesvol als ondernemer en heb je na 5 jaar nog steeds plezier in het ondernemerschap, dan kun je dit verlengen. 95% van onze ondernemers blijft na 5 jaar. Gemiddeld genomen zijn ondernemers 16 jaar aangesloten bij onze organisatie.
Kenneth Smit ondersteunt ondernemers met het genereren van leads en positionering van jou als ondernemer. We zetten stevig in op online marketing van ons merk en het generen van leads voor onze Franchisenemers. Daarnaast krijg je een eigen Kenneth Smit Direct white label, waarmee je naast incompany trainingen ook invulling kunt geven aan opleidingswensen van individuele medewerkers. We doen het samen, dus als ondernemer kun je meedenken en meehelpen om ons merk verder uit te bouwen.
Een sterke drive en ondernemerschap is de meest belangrijke eigenschap van een ondernemer. Daarnaast heb je werkervaring opgedaan op commercieel gebied of in een management rol. Natuurlijk heb je een sterke affiniteit met het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van commerciële organisaties en de mensen die daar werken. Daarbij ben je in staat te reflecteren op eigen handelen.
