The workshop Aligning and connecting with Insights Discovery is a first introduction to the Discovery learning system and the Discovery profiles. The workshop revolves around internal and external communication. You and your team will gain more insight into yourself and others in an inspiring and interactive way. The Discovery profiles provide a common language that allows differences between personalities, preferences and people in general to be discussed in a positive way. This way you can better respond to the different communication needs. Kenneth Smit is accredited by Insights Discovery to offer this workshop.
