In many organizations, the first contact with a prospect is by telephone. Yet many (sales) professionals have difficulty with cold calling. During this practice-oriented, interactive one-day training you will learn how to make confident and structured telephone calls and get the maximum return from the first telephone contact with a potential customer. You learn to listen better and to present yourself professionally and accessible.
